1. Agreement

By purchasing or using Project Theta (“the Software”), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Software is developed and distributed by Nomos Trading (“we”, “us”).

2. License

Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Project Theta on a single computer for personal or professional use.

• One license per device
• You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Software
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Software
• The license is tied to a hardware identifier for activation

3. Pricing & Payment

Project Theta is sold as a one-time purchase. The current price is displayed on our website at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through LemonSqueezy. Prices are subject to change, but your purchase price is locked at the time of transaction.

4. Updates

Your purchase includes free software updates. We aim to provide regular improvements, but the scope and frequency of updates are at our discretion. We are not obligated to deliver any specific features or updates.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds at this time. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the transaction is non-refundable.

6. Data & Privacy

Project Theta is an offline-first desktop application. Your trade data is stored locally on your computer and encrypted with SQLCipher. We do not have access to your data. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer

Project Theta is a trade journaling and analytics tool. It is not financial advice, investment advice, or a trading recommendation service.

The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any calculations, analytics, or data presented by the Software. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Past performance metrics shown in the Software do not guarantee future results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nomos Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Software.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Software. Your locally stored data remains yours.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
